February’s updates focus on reliability and consistency behind the scenes. These releases reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and strengthen the foundation teams rely on every day, especially when managing donor relationships and integrations.

MAJOR RELEASES

Inbound Email Tracking

Inbound Email Tracking automatically logs donor emails directly to contact records, removing the need for manual entry. Teams no longer have to worry about conversations living in personal inboxes or being logged inconsistently. Activity history stays complete and accurate without adding any extra steps.

Integration Scheduler – Salesforce

The new Integration Scheduler keeps Salesforce data in sync automatically, without requiring manual oversight. Syncs can now run up to four times per day, improving trust in data across systems. This release prioritizes reliability and consistency for teams that depend on Salesforce alongside BetterUnite.

More integration schedulers will be released soon.
